  COALMASTER MCC SOLID FUEL-FIRED BOILER
In an age of ever increasing oil prices, the MCC offers customers an economical and viable long term alternative where coal is available as a fuel. Incorporating the time-tested and proven Triumph Chain Grate stoker, the MCC is a fire-tube packaged boiler that is suitable for generating either hot water or steam under the most demanding conditions.
KEY FEATURES * Designed and manufactured to the latest international standards (BS2790) * Operating pressures of either 150psig or 250psig * Typical working efficiency in excess of 80% * Generous chain grate surface allows efficient combustion and the ability to burn either high grade or low grade coals. * Full automated operation provided for control of Triumph Chain Grate Stoker, steam pressure and for failsafe operation * Advanced emissions control system minimising environmental emissions * Minimal consumption of electricity for electrical components

  TITAN MCH SOLID FUEL-FIRED BOILER
Combining the best of both worlds, the Titan MCH is a horizontal-combination type boiler that incorporates a fire-tube main body and water-tube furnace section. This allows for very quick site installation and commissioning coupled with reduced installation costs.
The Titan MCH is designed to burn a wide variety of biomass fuels as well as coal and hence is the ideal solution for customers that require large capacity steam output at an affordable cost.

The Titan BD represents our solution to efficient and reliable generation of steam and power from biomass fuels. Upwards in capacity of up to 60tons/hr, the Titan BD has proven itself countless times under the most rigorous and harsh operating condition as a reliable and robust boiler.
Engineered and designed with the customers’ needs and expectations in mind, the Titan BD can accommodate high fluctuating loads, supply high quality steam and cope with a variety of biomass fuels.
KEY FEATURES * Designed and manufactured to the latest international standards (BS1113) * Suitable for burning a wide range of biomass fuels such as palm shells/fibres/empty fruit bunches, wood waste, coconut fibres etc as well as coal * Adopts a 3-stage approach to maximising steam purity and dryness of as high as 99.5% * Boiler assembly contains water volume larger than industry standards hence allowing it to cope with fluctuating steam demand * Large furnace volume to optimise residence time of combusting fuels and to accommodate easy and convenient maintenance * Combustion grates are high grade cast iron to cope with harsh biomass fuels and to maximise operating life.
